Hi, this is Lynda! Welcome to Peak Fitness and congratulations for taking this step toward a healthier you!  Please allow me to motivate and coach you toward establishing new habits that will positively change the way you look, think and feel through the combination of sound nutritional advice, appropriate exercise training, and social support.  Holding certifications as a Fitness Trainer, a Specialist in Exercise Therapy and a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, I am an Elite Trainer with the International Sports Science Association.  All of my programs are individualized and will make a major contribution to the quality of your well being. You can find me at Peak Fitness Monday through Friday instructing cardio classes to active older adults.  Come visit us and speak to students that have been with me since 2009!  We always have room for more! My lifetime commitment to health and fitness is the driving force in my motivation to stay fit and help others find their fit; isn’t it time to have a fit about you?
