Myo & Facilitated Facial Stimulus – Myo and facilitated facial stimulus is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. The therapy relaxes contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles.

Trigger Point & Cold Roll Therapy – Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage, the recipient actively participates through deep breathing as well as by identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort. Cold roll therapy targets only muscles using cold compression maximizing recovery.

EMS Active Muscle Stimulus – EMS active muscle stimulus is the elicitation of muscle contraction using electric im- pulses for rehabilitation purposes. This therapy can be used in physical therapy in the prevention of disuse muscle atro- phy which can occur after musculoskeletal injuries, such as damage to bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Ultrasound Therapy – Ultrasound therapy is the use of sound waves to treat musculoskeletal problems, especially inflammation such as tendinitis and bursitis.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) – PNF is a set of stretching techniques that improve both active and passive range of motion with the ultimate goal of optimizing motor performance and rehabilitation. These techniques can be used to supplement daily stretching and is often employed to make quick gains in range of motion to help ath- letes improve performance.

Muscle Flossing – Tack and flossing (wrapping a muscle or joint tightly in a band while stretching or performing ex- ercises to improve mobility and strength) works on many levels including re-perfusing tissues that have become stiff or gone cold after injury, and by compressing swelling out of tissues and joints and prevents further injury. The band can be used while actually performing the movement the athlete is trying to change.

Kinesio Taping – Kinesio taping gives support and stability to your joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. The kinesio taping method is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation and to relax over- used, tired muscles.
