How do I change the address and/or telephone number on my membership?

How do I change my checking account information or my credit card information for my automatic drafts?
This request may be submitted in person and/or by mail at 1337 Bandera Highway, Kerrville, Texas 78028, by telephone at 830-315-PEAK (7325), by fax at 830-792-0699 or by email at sarah@kerrvillepeak.com. To maintain a membership with Peak Fitness, a member must have prepaid an annual membership. However, monthly drafts may also be available with a 12-month minimum contract and by providing the member’s valid electronic funds transfer (EFT) information such as a voided check from the member’s checking account or a valid credit card number and expiration date of the member’s credit card. Members may change the checking account by providing a new, voided, pre-printed check or change the credit card account by providing a new credit card number and expiration date to Peak Fitness. This request must be completed within 5 days prior to your next billing cycle in order for the change to take affect for the following month’s automatic draft.

How do I stop the automatic drafts on my account and receive a statement in the mail?
In order to maintain a membership with Peak Fitness, a member must prepay an annual membership or must allow Peak Fitness to automatically and electronically draft from a valid checking account or valid credit card monthly.

How do I cancel my membership?
The primary member must submit 30-days written notice to cancel the membership after having completed the 12-month minimum contract and having paid all dues including the 30-day prorate. Written notice may be mailed to Peak Fitness, Attention Accounting, 1337 Bandera Highway, Kerrville, Texas 78028, by fax at 830-792-0699 or email at sarah@kerrvillepeak.com. A 30-day written notice of cancellation is required. No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.

May I transfer my membership to another person?
Members may transfer the membership, provided the club receives a minimum of 30-day written notice, and all club charges, dues, fees, interest and the like are fully paid by the original member. The transferee shall execute a new membership agreement contract and provide electronic funds transfer (EFT) or credit card information. The new member must complete the remaining number of months on the original member’s contract before the contract will roll over to automatic recurring invoices. The new member must also provide new EFT information if the membership has not already been prepaid.

How do I add and/or drop a family member to/from my account?
Members may add their legal spouse and/or their children twenty-one years of age and younger to the membership at any time by completing a change form at the front desk. The first full month’s dues may be charged at the time of the addition. Members may drop family members from their membership by completing a change form at the front desk no later than 5 days before their next billing cycle.

Does the Peak Fitness offer corporate memberships?
Yes, Peak Fitness offers Corporate Wellness and Discount Programs available to qualifying companies. Please call 830- 315-PEAK for more information.

How can I put my membership on a medical freeze?
A medical freeze may be granted at no charge to members upon receipt of a signed and dated doctors certification thirty days in advance, whenever possible. The signed and dated doctors certification must state the anticipated dates the member will not be able to use the facilities. A one (1) month minimum and twelve (12) month maximum medical freeze is available. Upon return from a medical freeze, a new signed and dated doctors certification must be presented stating the member may return to the facilities.

Are group exercise classes included in my membership?
Peak Fitness offers an ALL-INCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP to include all Land and Aquatic classes and ExtremeFit.

Does Peak Fitness offer child care?
Peak Fitness offers Kid’s Club for an additional cost per child for ages 2–12 years. A parent must remain on premises at all times. Kid’s Club hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Where is the Peak Fitness located?
We are located at 1337 Bandera Highway, Kerrville, Texas 78028.

May I bring guests with me to Peak Fitness?
Members may bring a guest with them to workout, providing the member pays for a Member Day Pass or Member 5-Day Pass at the front desk. Guests who wish to come back without the member in attendance will be charged a non- member guest pass fee.

What are the policies for minors and in what areas of Peak Fitness is my child allowed?
All children under the age of 18 years old must have a parent/guardian signed Youth Waiver on file. Children ages 13–14 may use the resistance and cardio equipment and free weights with a parent or guardian (18+years) present. Children ages 15–17 may use the resistance equipment, cardio equipment, and free weights without parent or guardian supervision. All children 12 years of age and under may not be in cardio/weight room areas and must have adult supervision (18+years) while using the swimming pool.

Does Peak Fitness offer swim lessons?
Peak Fitness offers swim lessons year round. Please call Peak Fitness at 830-315-PEAK for schedules and times available.

What is your privacy policy?
We are firmly committed to respecting your privacy and the protection of your information. Peak Fitness is also proud to be HIPPA compliant. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.

Why did I receive an email from Peak Fitness?
Our email marketing is permission-based. If you received an email from us, our records indicated you have willingly shared your email address with Peak Fitness or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We promise to respect your time by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
