Kids Youth Performance

Youth programs available:

Swimming Lessons
Private or group swim lessons are offered throughout the year in our fully-enclosed natatorium which includes our 20-yard (60-foot) pool.

Youth Health & Wellness
With more than 1/3 of adolescents suffering from childhood obesity which can lead to high-risk diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, Peak’s professional training staff, coaches and nutritionists take a hands-on approach to making sure our young people know how to keep themselves in shape.

Sports Performance Training Classes, Clinics & Camps
Encompasses a wide variety of speed, agility, cardiovascular, muscle endurance and strength training methodologies to produce the pure athletes.

Peak Performance Combine
This program encompasses a variety of 27 test modules and assessments designed to test the strength, speed, endurance, agility, balance, mortal toughness and reaction of athletes of all sports. Time frame of 1 ½ -2 hours per athlete.
